I own a gorgeous new apartment in very convenient location. 10-15 min walk to almost anywhere. One block from Tomebomba river, 4 blocks from Coral Batan, 2 blocks from Remigio Crespo. Excellent security, parking garage space, 5th level of 7 story new mid rise building. I use my apartment September-November. Looking for single or couple, non-smoking, no pet person who would like to rent my apartment from me for 6-9 months, beginning November 25 or early December. Building fees, Fast Internet and Utilities are all-inclusive for $110 a month. Apartment has amazing south and west territorial views. Very quiet apartment and building.
